currently what our home looks like

Hey guys here are some pictures of what our home looks like right now. We are going to do some painting though once we get it. what do you think of it?

we got a home!!

Hey! We found a home! Yesterday we went to look at houses again. And we found one we really liked. So we put an offer on it and ....Today we got a call back saying it was accepted.
Woo-Hooo!!!! We are so excited!
It's a cozy home that doesn't need a lot of work done to it. For the price we're getting it for that's unbelievable. All we will really need to do it paint it and recess the refrigerator. The downstairs/basement has been refinished and so it's a cozy little den. It's nice.
Hopefully everything else falls into place. The next steps are for us to have the house inspected and the sellers to get a home (it's not contingent upon them finding a home though), and then have the closing.
Well just thought I'd tell ya our exciting news. Wa-hoo!
